Single Leg Balance Figure 8′s

Stand on the right leg with the left leg straight and in front of you about as high as your right knee. Keep the left leg extended straight in front of you and move your foot in a figure 8 pattern. Repeat on the other leg.

  • To make it more difficult stand on a challenging surface.
