Single Leg Balance Rotation Reach

Stand on the right leg with the other leg up and behind you slightly.  Raise the left arm up by your ear.  Reach down and across towards the right, in front of you.  Go as low as you are comfortable.  To make it harder stand on a challenging surface.

  • Repeat on the other side..
